Services

Bark Park Central provides doggy daycare and home boarding services. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet for any reason at any time.

User Obligations

As a user, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your pet(s). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Payments

All services must be paid for either on the day or on the day the invoice is issued. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, cards and bank transfers.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the service may be subject to a cancellation fee. 

No-Show Policy

Please note that if your dog does not show up for a booked session without prior cancellation, you will be charged the full cost of the session. This is to ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality care and services for all our furry clients.

Liability

We take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of your pet. However, in the unlikely event of an accident or injury, Bark Park Central is not liable for any loss or damage.
